With 3 ships on deck, and 4 on reserve, we should be able to field X4 full capital ships and fleets for TW now. Whereas before we had x5 on deck and usually 2 reinforcements spread out to 4 fleets.
Personally, I wish there were ship mods, or pass the character's mod bonuses to the ships.
