In order to have enough ships to get a 5* ship, I’d have to already have a 5* ship.

Thanks to thread merges, this note is getting buried, so putting it here again. Seeing more of this on reddit as well.

@CG_SBCrumb could you possibly check into this? Literally no player will be able to progress their capital ships if they aren’t already 7*.
