Ships 2.0 5/22/18 [Mega]

for all the hate about tie reaper getting nerfed, i get that people feel cheated but it really was an overpowered ship, and the people putting so much effort into building it surely knew it was overpowered and subject to correction. i'm surprised it got nerfed since the devs have been so afraid to make such corrections in the past, but it's at least one good thing about all this. and as others have said, shore and deathtrooper are really useful anyway.
