I cannot get my tie fighter to activate so I am stuck can anyone help I have the lady pointing to activate I have blue prints and crew but still won't activate help please

ships are a lot of fun, and could have been really cool. I just wish they had chosen a different style of gameplay instead of another completely unbalanced competitive format where you can't compete against the whales. Falling from the 80s into the 300s over night feels completely awful and demoralizing.

74k fleet power.

I've gone against several teams today that were at least10k weaker than I am and they destroyed me . The guy had ackbar still in green gear and I got destroyed. Something is wrong with that ..

@TheRHOMBUS I am in your ship arena shard and agree with your observation that our shard is highly abnormal (compared to any other I've seen) and incredibly competitive. I am in contact with a lot of the other people in the top 20 and we have logically concluded that the following happened. In sorting the shards, the developers applied the following filters:

- The first filter was when you started playing. Everyone I spoke to at the top of our shard started this game in July / August / early September
- The second filter is level, with 80+ being a bracket
- The last filter must be something related to Arena power, so maybe 39-40k+ is a cutoff for the high end (could be lower as well)

The algorithm they applied to put people in ship shards made sense for most of the SWGOH population, but it was fundamentally flawed in our case. For example, when you use that criteria for people who started in January / February, a high percentage of folks are level 80+ and have a top 5 character power of let's say 40k+ (or whatever the cut-off is). However, when you apply the filters above to people who have been playing since July / August / September, the result is that you create an insanely competitive and unreasonable shard. To have started 2-3 months ago and be level 80+ with an arena power of 39 or 40k+ (just taking a random cutoff) would almost by definition mean that you are a very active player. This would also capture an insanely high % of whales (multiple times above any other shard). Just to give everyone a perspective, here is what the top of our shard looks like (taken yesterday, people have gotten even stronger today). Literally every person in the top 25-50 has a power of 130k+:

This is extremely unfair to not only whales at the top of the shard (as we have an exponentially harder server than our guildmates who have been playing for a year), but also to very active F2P folks or small dolphins like yourself. I know someone else who is on our shard and is a light spender and he cannot crack the top 500 in our shard. In any other shard, his power would be easily be in the top 50.

In summary, the algorithm applied here makes sense for other servers, but is completely broken when you apply it to people who have started playing recently and there needs to be a reshuffling. I guarantee if a developer or someone from CG actually looked at our shard and see what they've created, they will see how inconsistent it is with the average or anything else out there.

Now on to the 4 things i just don't understand or like:

1) WHAT IN THE WORLD IS UP WITH THE MUSIC WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE FLEET ICON. Where did that come from? is it even in Star Wars. So ridiculous.

2) Why are the best ships in the game for the loser characters? Like seriously come on it was made by amateurs that have never seen Star Wars. The Jedi Counselor and geonosian soldier have high damage ships???? come on....

3) WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY..... DID HAN SOLO NOT GET THE MILLENIUM FALCON? Or at least give it to Chewie or Lando or even the stormtrooper since he was guarding it in Episode IV for crying out loud.... This was probably the most epic fail in this whole thing. It was like they only saw episode 7 and didn't know there were episodes 1 - 6.

4) To further the point of Han Solo not getting the millenium falcon. It was super disappointing for him to not even get a ship. Not even the ST HAN or the regular Han. Plus the following didn't get ships, what is going on:

- Luke Skywalker (???? X-WING Maybe...... Why did Biggs and Wedge get an X-wing but Luke didn't????)
- Jedi Anakin (He's the best pilot in the galaxy.... i mean come on at least give him a podracer.....)
- General Grievous (I guess yall missed Episode III.... There was a giant chase and then a fight and obi-wan stole his ship....
- Nute Gunray (he had a whole fleet of starships.... why didn't you give him a fleet command? Mace Windu didn't command any fleet much less fly anything in the movie.)
- Clone Trooper (Should have given him a republic gunship..... "Sir we're out of rockets" ... would have been a true statement, i always seem to be out of rockets in this game).
- Assajj Ventress (She had a whole space battle with Anakin in the cartoon series).
- Ashoka (Why did she get that jedi starfighter that anakin, obi-wan, kit fisto, eeth koth, luminari, barriss, aalya, ima, yoda or so forth had. should have given her the twilight).
- Count Dooku (he escaped on some solar ship)
- Lobot (give him the cloud city flyer, it was red and shot at the falcon.... it was in epsiode 5, i know that you might have missed it cause the clouds were red too. But if you saw the movie, i think you may have saw the 2 min scene of them talking about a landing pad.)
- Emperor Palpatine (should have given him the imperial shuttle, there was this big scene in epsidoe 6, it was close to the beginning and the ship landed and there were all kinds of people standing in hanger bay to make sure the rebel alliance didn't steal the imperial shuttle from the hanager).


SIGH.... oh well maybe next time.... Can we get Jango fett in the game or Admiral Piett and what about Wicket, why did he not make the game?

I get the thing with Han, though a many have pointed out, Chewie is "Clone Wars" so he had never met Han or Lando (I put it in quotes since his tag is scoundrel, which he was not during the clone wars... that happened after he met Han)

That said, the data - mined info, which proved to be fairly accurate, shows that Anakin's stsrfigter is already in game files, as is a Droid capital ship. Hope that gives you a measure of solace.

It seems kind of random to me. I have 2 pilots within 300 power of each other jedi consular and biggs. Biggs has 6200+ jc has 5959. Jc ship has 13000 power while biggs has 10000. Ships are 10 lvls apart but wouldn't the crew power be more for biggs? Same * ships. Characters 7* gear 8 lvl 72 and 73.

I havnt read through. But i dont like the update.

Just dont understand the abilities and attacking well enuff. And just itritating trying to figure it out.

CP is calculated by not all toon stats but specific toon stats that are brought over from the toon to the ship (as ships have fewer stats). JC and AA are high contributors as their dominant stats are brought through whereas biggs has separate dominant stats that are un-related to ship stats and are thus not brought over... making his contribution lower

Would it not then be better to tell us what matters with the pilotd than having us guess how this particular mechanism works? Oh well, this is nothing new.

Would be really nice to have dark/light side ships battles, but I think that it will be added later with the increasing of the amount of ships
