Should GAC award bonuses for attacking earlier?

I think it would make sense to give bonus points for each battle in GAC depending on when it takes place. I would break it into 4 6 hour chunks. In the first 6 hours I would give 3 bonus points per ba...

Absolutely not. Not everyone intentionally waits to attack, some people just have stuff going on. Terrible to award people just because they can attack before someone else when they can’t.
