Should I omega electro goggles for Zam?
It would reduce the cool down. I was thinking no since I wouldn't use it much and would be beneficial on defence.

Electro Goggles is a great move though I'm not sure if it needs an omega.
It is a quick way to speed up your bounty hunter team without proc'ing any TM gains from the enemy as well as a chance to expose the primary.
I run Greedo with Zam and he normally goes right after her anyways so she will still have bombs to set off and since evasion down sticks for several turns, you don't have to worry about losing speed when you detonate bombs early.
Honestly she moves so fast once the TM starts rolling that the cooldown will reset before you know it anyways.
