should sunfac have health or protection?

So right now i have him pretty damn high with protection. But was wondering if i should switch this with health? since he can heal 20% from dispell and such which can be a lot if you rack up some heal...

SF is much better with protection. His base health pool is small. 23.5% protection is over 5 times more hp that the health primary.

I would agree with this^ even though he has lifesteal, 23.5% protection seems like it would be better. Maybe try to go for protection primaries and proctection and health secondaries.
