yes, that's why I based the discussion on the character requirements, gear needed, and relic mats needed as we still don't have the kit reveal. I think that alone should be enough for us if we should go for it or focus on a different GL as the relics needed can be used to unlock other GLs. Regardless, LV will most likely again change the meta or will be important in aspects of the game. We just need to know now how OP he will be.
