It's currently assume to be a trilogy. There's no reason why they won't expand along the same timeline.

If she's a Solo, she's a Skywalker too. Leia is Luke's twin sister after all. (Which is also why there was twin children in the legends stories. Twins tend to run in families).

The lightsaber was Anakin's. Which means she'd have as much call to it being Leia's child as Luke's.

Not that I am saying it is so. I just hope they reintroduce the twins from legends. Kylo being the way he is means they already half introduced them.

Personally, I would say there is more to translation than determining whether or not they used the singular or plural. Things being lost in translation means that these statements are doubly faulty because they are translated from english to another language and back again.

I could say: "The Last Jedi" in English and it could necessitate it being translated as: "The Last of the Jedi" in some languages to convey the concept in a fashion they could understand as concepts don't always (and regularly don't) translate directly from language to language.


So. while an early release in another language could mean something if the entire concept was exactly the same in either language. It doesn't make it definitive proof if is merely a slight variation in message due to errors in translation, which is practically impossible to tell if someone isn't entirely fluent in both languages terminology for the discussed field.

Now if the concept originally came to be in that other language, that is a whole different scenario, but since Star Wars was and still is an American original concept, we can't use translations of translations as proof. To develop hypotheses, yes. As reasons why we have our hypotheses, for certain. To claim it as proof...No, we can't do that.

I remember Kylo not being sith every day since December 2015. I think this is proof enough.

What I believe is going to happen is that Luke found the original teachings of the Jedi & by doing so, saw how flawed the Jedi had become in their practices. When he says "I only know one truth... This quote of the Journal of Whillis makes me believe that they're going to have Gray Jedi come into the story from this point on. Meaning, Luke (Seen wearing a grey robe in the trailer & the end of SW-TFA) has studied the original teachings of the Jedi & is going to be walking that fine line between light & darkness... The Gray... & in so doing is going to teach Rey how to be a true force wielder & so come the end of the "Jedi". As such.

I might be wrong here but I think this is going to play a big part in the movie. Reason being, if memory serves, didn't Han say that after Kylo Ren rebeled again Luke, that Luke went looking for the first Jedi temple or something like that?

I can't say for sure but I got a strong feeling that this is partially the plot for why Luke said what he said at the end of the trailer.

Very strong argument there for Grey "Jedi." Grey robes, talk of balance, old writings ... it seems almost a given at this point.

In her vision she's probably 5 or 6 when she's left on Jakku

Edit: that doesnt necessarily mean she remembers her parents, but its likely she remembers something about her life before Jakku
