I will be super bummed if sion is a 2* character inherently. I hope he is like nihilus, SASS and SiT and start at 3*. It is just my personal opinion that unique and or named characters should all start at 3*. I think nihilus was the last of those however.

Is Nihilus worth buying at 3 stars

My guess is Sion will be 3 star but Visas will be 2.

Named should be 4 star if you buy the starter pack, that’s been the case thus far
