Sith Bomber mines
If you face Pro or i guess Han's Falcon, these mines will be dispelled by his unique. Is this WAI or an old bug that won't get touched? Really annoying either way.

I believe you are misunderstanding what happened. The mines should have a little lock icon on them, meaning they are undispellable. They explode at the start of Outrider's turn, but between Ying, Profundity, and Outrider - they can recover all that lost protection in a heartbeat.
