So you promised to sort the rewards retrospectively but instead just give to everyone at that level? So what is the advantage of being a Heroic guild since the last change? Sounds like you just cant be bothered to track who did heroic so just doing a large push. However this actually is worse for your top end guilds because it brings the others closer to them in arena. So stuffing them again.
