Prove this. Also - they asked players for feedback on an obviously-screwed up raid. A 24-page rant is half the size of the Ships 2.0 rant.
If they would say what you just said, it would tamp down the anger tremendously. What infuriates people at least as much as a poorly designed raid is the perception that EA/CG is pretends to care about player frustration but does not. That's deception and it's wrong. Is that what they're doing? I have no clue. All I know is that they haven't said squat here and it doesn't take that long to say -

sorry, this is a problem that is more complex than we thought or
sorry, we're really trying to fix this and I simply do not have the time right now to interact with players right now, etc. One sentence. How long does that take out of anyone's working day?
