Sith Trooper's Omega Special Under DN lead

Has anyone omegaed sith trooper, specifically the skill that returns 5% protection for debuffed enemies under a dn lead? Does this provide actual protection, return health or neither?

No idea, would like to know. Considering they came out together and are both sith (designed to work together) it should give him health.
