Skip turn button in battles

This could get abused a lot, I have thought about it myself but there would have to be a limit on how many you can do a game or something! The worst is coming up against a counter character as a last man standing and your character's turn is up but they have hardly any health left so you have to attack knowing that you are pretty much killing your own character :|
