Why arent St Han, Lando, Capt Han, and honesty certain members of Phoenix squad tagged as smugglers?

Yeah, if all the characters had their correct tags it would possibly break the game. As much as they (lie) and say that its about lore and such, its much more to do with game balance. Imagine how easy all smuggler content would be if all of us could use our seven starred and geared phoenix for everything. They wouldn't make any money that way.
