Sneaky Nerf: Datacron Dismantle Value reduced by factor 2.7

CG rolled out the update already showing us the dismantle value of chapter 2 DCs. For a level 9 DC from Chapter 2 you'll get: 2M Datacache 10 MK3 level mats for chapter 3 and 4 25 MK2 level mat...

Nerfed the level 6 rate too

@CG_Tusken_Meathead @CG_SBCrumb anyone ever want to tell us dismantle rates and why this change from set 1 dismantling and set 2 dismantling?
