None of the characters can get to g12 yet. I think swgoh.gg has some of the gear pieces listed that require level 86, 88, 89, 90 etc. so I would assume when the level cap gets to 90 we'll see the rise of g12.

The cog image is just the placeholder icon, that was there when the current AAT raid gear we have was locked at lvl 80.

Requires some blue piece, a set of stun cuffs, 20 purple pieces we can't get yet and x80 gold pieces of stuff we can't get yet, and level required is 95.
