Without spending extra money, you have to wait to fully unlock the new legendary. Several months, maybe longer, after original release. I didn't have Revan during his first event, or Malak, or GAS, or SLKR and Rey, or JML, or Exec, Profundity, and Leviathan, or SK, or Baylan, or BKM, or Aphra, or JKCK, or GI, or JJB, or Leia, or Jabba, or GLAT, or JMMW.
...which is exactly how I remember it being for the entire lifespan of the game. Not sure what you think changed. 🤣
stop pretending like things have not changed dramatically a smart player was able to get away only spending hard on one character to get the legendary that isnt the way. gear was a none factor for many and now they again found a way to monitize that. There is nothing gained from this experiance from the player perspective. This has to be one of the most boring and uninspiring legendery events they have done. it's pretty obvious all they are doing is clocking in at this point.
