Hope not I want to finish this one since I stalled mid way through tier 3 last time. Not the best toon but I have a relic 9 bam now. That made the first 10 battles cake.

edit-aggravation is back. I'm on the 2nd fight in tier 2. Can't get any bounty hunter out of protection and the genos attack so much. I went to the bathroom and when I got back they was still attacking

SLKR makes mincemeat of Geos. Since they remove TM when they attack out of turn, his whole team is going to be ramping survivability like crazy.

I'm on a new account(3 months) I don't have any gl's and only around 5 teams. I always forget to just use phoenix when I have a problem. I  used them until they ran out of stamina. Some fights they stopped assisting but they got me half way through tier 2

For you, Relic Delta would be better, wouldn't it?  If your target/issue last time is/was getting to the end, with your Relic 9 BAM Relic Delta will aid you getting to your target.

It is supposed to be in effect.  That’s why all the enemies max out at Relic 5 now.  Their stat modifiers were rebalanced to compensate. But in the end, the enemy suffers your Relic Delta but unless you are under Relic 5 (on Hard) you won’t be on the receiving end of Relic Delta from the enemy.

The question is, is it a display bug or is there truly no Relic Delta in effect (my Fives is Relic 7).

I noticed the same thing.  When I target an enemy in any mode where RD is active, I can clearly see the red or green delta and the +/- number between attacked and attacker.  Conquest is not showing the RD.  My GL Leia and SLKR are steam rolling Hard Mode tier 1 like it is active though.
