So this Supposed Veers Update...

Is that a confirmed rework? Or are we just super sure because of the Empire "veering in for another pass" comment at the end of the last update notes?

This. Aside from capitalizing it or flat out saying "We're reworking an Empire toon whose name starts with the letter "V" and sounds like the things you hear with", it's pretty obvious that they intend to give him a rework.
