Out of the box thinking here, instead of creating a toon to lift SEE, instead what if they just modified SEE's leadership sith specific stat abilities to apply all factions good or bad? Kind of in line with how he operated in the shadows pulling strings of both good and bad to achieve his outcomes.

In addition, Give SEE an all faction tag, so that uniques of toons will apply to him.
