Some Advice

With all thats going on in the game I though I would provide the developers some advice, that hopefully they will read.

In the forums last month there was a lot of hate towards tournaments and it was all replaced with excitement when the palpatine event was announced and we had a short period with out tournaments.

This excitement was replaced with hatred as the tournaments came back. People then started to look foward to the droid event before finding out what a joke it was.

That sweet spot in the middle when Palpatine was running is what you should be aiming for each event. Im not saying each event should be like Palpatine but they should get us excited about playing the game and when they are running these forums should be full of people praising what you have done not complaining about it.

A lot of this game is great and its Star Wars, how can you mess it up so bad.

If you keep going the way you are going you are going to have no players playing the game. If that is your intent then you don't need to listen to me but if you want to make this game hit its full potential than please take a step back and take a good look at what you have been doing recently and how we have ended up where we are.

I do agree with everything you've said though.

  • Love the EP and Yoda events. It gives you something to desire, plan, and build towards. Whales have a few months advantage since f2p can't generally build their faction roster quickly enough. Long time f2p might be able to get an unlock or maybe even a 7 star if they luck into a team already built...but isn't it okay to throw these players a bone for being loyal daily players for over a year?

They make me have exactly the opposite feelings of whatever it is I feel about tournaments. And better fit a mobile game structure where you can make daily progress on your squad and the battle is tough but kind of just a formality once your team is strong enough. I like the part of this game that is about collecting and less the part that is sitting at my phone for 8 hours refreshing tournament matchups endlessly and fighting Wiggs over and over again just to get 60/80 shards or something.
