Some Empire rogue one toons, may be?

So, weve got 7 rebel toons and one (!!!) empire. Where is krennic and his death trooper? half of the empire chars are complete crap, only 1,5 builds can be used, and it seems a little unfair, that we get only one shoretrooper from the movie (krennic is awesome af).
And we still cant farm shoretrooper(
Also, as kso is imperial droid, just reprogrammed, may be he can get both rebel and empire tags?
