If GC are going to keep with quests tied to the number of marquee shards , then make shards a repeatable reward on tier 2. It will not break their precious shard whaling, where they make bank, and it will give the F2P gamers some of the rewards they have earned. GW needed a rework years ago, 2, 3, and maybe 4 will just give CG an excuse to increase the price and force more F2P gamers out. Already lost 3 in my guild , with 10 others giving CG until after Christmas to sort this mess out.
