I am a person spending GET3 on KAM, so I can answer your question as it pertains to me.
For starters, my guild has not completed the special mission in LSGeoTB enough to unlock him. We were averaging 9-10 shards per month most recently, which frankly isn’t great. I’m one of the culprits that can’t seem to get the mission down and frequently lose out on it.
Although we have not unlocked KAM, we decided to move on to RotE. This is mostly due to the fact our guild will lose its top-end players if we aren’t doing the next big thing.
Currently, the offerings for GET3 currency aren’t incredibly enticing. Paired with the fact there is a currency cap, and that CG stated they don’t have any immediate plans to add any new characters to GET3. So…. What do you spend it on?
I chose KAM. You never know when a character will become a requirement, so I didn’t want to be several months behind just in case he does.
Besides that, KAM *is* a very strong attacker. That is something the very versatile Jedi faction doesn’t have enough of. There are plenty of times when I’m struggling to clear a board in GAC when I wish I had just *one* more Jedi attacker, especially in 3v3.
I don’t have JMK. I don’t have oQGJ. My Jedi aren’t fully fleshed out. Of the Jedi that I do have, I could make one more great team with one more Jedi attacker. This is why I choose to farm KAM with my GET3 currency.
