I’m saying I agree that drop rates get adjusted as we get closer to events. I was doing just fine til the last two days. I only need 50 total OR shards to finish but today’s final total was 9/72 which is absolute garbage and yesterday was only slightly better

Well then I must have not gotten the memo because I went 11 of 16 and 12 of 16 today and 9 of 16 and 10 of 16 yesterday......

1000 Sim attempts.

33% drop rate on Carth.
36% drop rate on Juhani.

Also, two days of data is not a significant sample to disprove randomness. Your drop rate can easily be attributed to bad luck. It's the most likely explanation with all the data available.

Equally possible

There is no evidence of tinkering with drop rates. Bad luck and/or bad feelings aren't evidence.
