those kinds of events are offered to both android and ios users and more. the decision rested in android and apple. apple chose not to participate.

I'm not going to search but in the multiple threads about tthis there were lists of "exclusive " things on both sides.
And you could do a search of Googles advertising push. They did a push through many branches of their internal stuff and through outside sources. Many apps were free to download and others offered in game bonuses. It's true.
