Speculation for New Galactic Legends Unlock Requirements

With the new Galactic Legends characters of Rey and Kylo Ren being announced the question is... exactly how will they be unlocked? At the moment we have multiple "event" type characters out there. ...

I feel like if they are going to be 5* unlocks it means we will get a new store OR it could go into GAC and require kyber league status. We already have a ton of characters in GET.
