Speed arrow mod

So I've been told that arrow mod with main stat speed can't have speed in secondary stats, if that's not true please share screenshot with both speed in main and secondary stats, i would really apprec...

Are the speed sets with speed secondary or is it a mod with +speed as a primary stat and +speed as a secondary stat?

Also, if you have a swgoh account we can look at your mods that way.
