Speed secondary
What is the highest you can get a speed secondary? I got myself a +15 and I would like to know if that is the top

- I have a couple of +15s as my best. I know guys with 20/21s and have even seen a 26.
- I have an 18 I got 2 weeks ago and several 16s.
The max use to be in the 20s but people said they nerfed them.
