Disagree! The end game requires great toons! Chirrit (impossible to get) Jyn (impossible to get) Baze (insanely expensive to get) Shore (Extremely expensive), hell, even K2SO only went to Android!! LOL (he still sucks though) All the new toons are either impossible to farm or extremely expensive.
If this is signs for things to come, then the Empire will be very expensive indeed!

I mean you have a lot of valid arena teams without R1 toons, but you have no chance to gear many of them...
