I’ve had some time to get used to it, and it’s not as bad as I thought. If you aren’t on the edge of a prize tier, it’s not a bad thing to get knocked down in the ranks. If you can make it to 250, but no further, then who cares if you wake up at 400? You were just at 250. You can beat the number 350 guy. You won’t be making it to 199 today, so don’t worry about being only 400 when the prizes come.
If anything, it tells you how strong you should be at your rank. I’m fine with the change because it gives me another shot at the same guy. It’s a grudge match now.
