I think st Han is bugged. He is granting his allies tm when he isn't taunting. Not cool at all.

I've been trying to figure this out for awhile now ever since I noticed an insane amount of sthans's showing up in weird teams. I was seeing sthans with speed of 160-180 and knew there had to be something wrong as they were beating chaze and zaul teams with teams that can be beat of defense in seconds.
