Stable Bulwark isn’t working

So something is wrong Stable Bulwark is being dispelled and not actually working the ship just dies here is some photos please bring this to attention, also is this happening to anyone else?.

That prevents the effect of stable Bulwark? It never mention that in the texts and I’ve tested other battles without that effect and it’s still not working. Also it feels as if the defense on the ship has weakened
