As it says at the top of the forums section, "Discuss and share your feedback on Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes with fellow players." not "Share your fan fiction here." If you do want to suggest characters, then at least suggest ones that have officially existed in Star Wars media where you can be creative with how they would work in the game combined with their lore.

It also doesn’t say “Share your fan kits”, but you do anyway 🤷
Creating "fan kits" or suggestions for characters and ships that officially exist in the Star Wars universe is providing feedback for Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes as to what players want to see added. To quote the young OutrunWhistle, "keep up".

I'm fine with these kits. Doesn't matter if SOME PEOPLE don't like them, so long as you're enthusiastic and enjoy making these kits.
You're okay to create kits, however it's better for them to be about characters which officially exist in the Star Wars universe as they have a better chance of being considered as this section of the forum is for feedback for the game. It's also best to first search the forums to see if there's already an existing thread for a character you wish to see added to the game so the devs can see all of the responses in one place.
With made up fan characters, until we have a section dedicated to fan fiction, I'd recommend making articles about your OC on the Star Wars Fanon wiki or any other related fan fiction platforms.
