Stars or overall GP?
Do you guys think it's more important to star up as many characters as possible for the platoon missions or work on the top LS/rebel characters to have 3-4 solid G10+ teams for combat missions?

That's a good point. I think I'm going to work on 7*ing and gearing up my resistance team while working on starring up all the LS toons as fast as I can. That should work. Thanks.
