Stop asking for new Zeta: ask for rework!

Many players request Zeta to revitalize first generation toons, but what we need are kind of "free" rework: no Omega nor Zeta should be required to make a toon viable, much like we should not wait to gear a toon up to G11 to make it viable (cf Darth Sidious or Boba Fett (+12 speed at G11)).

RT and Poe rework were great examples (although waiting for Omega to make RT viable was annoying).
