Stop Client Updates at Payout

I have 15 mins to go and get an update. Not near WiFi so can’t move forward! Stop this!

Could push at the top of the hour instead of towards the end.


If you can't get to wifi to download the update there's a decent chance that issue lasts for a whole hour.
