I hope everyone realizes the event is meant for you to use multiple DS clones, not just Appo. Of course, you wont be able to fully complete it on the first day with only one person unlocked. They need people to still want to spend money on the rest of the characters.
This is a limited time event. While I am fine with a limited time event to encourage spending (as I have), the first several runs we can't do above tier 3 because the requirements aren't out? If they wanted to require all 4 new toons, they shouldn't have started the event until all 4 toons were out so we actually had a chance to do all the limited runs.
So people could get some free shards from tier 1 and 2
Why not? You're literally getting getting gains. So what you cant do tier 3. You'd rather not get any of the rewards at all?
The event is horrible and trash. End of story. Can't wait for the next piece of garbage raid. Should be even worse than the last couple.
Tier 3 is possible but it's all luck with who Kelleran and Jocasta decide to one shot. Tier 4 I'd say might not be possible with what I've experienced without the luckiest luck of the lucks.
But it's pretty much trash rewards on T3 anyway.

I'm NOT getting rewards. That's what I'm angry about. I've got decent mods on Appo and he's at G10, but can barely scratch Jocosta in the final round because she gets that stupid gun in about 2 turns, one shots the rubbish Vader (that doesn't even have his leader ability) and then nukes Appo.
Edit: I'm talking about tier 1 here. Which makes it all the more stupid.
A lot of mad R9 Appos in here lol. R5 here with a 3* T3 with auto apply mods and the BS LV they gave us. It's not impossible, it's RNG like always. If you're mad about not completing the event on day one with an R9 Appo...be mad at yourself for not doing your research. CG did not hide the difficulty, it's right there on each tier. It is intended for all 4 clones. If you completed any tier, be thankful for your trash rewards and move on to your next temper tantrum. Only thing I agree with in this thread is the timing of the event. CG had to know people were going to cry about not being able to beat the new shiny thing on day one. Got real close on T4 against granny, but when she got that bonus turn and nuked all 3 of my guys....holy crap that was sick haha. After that, I said I'm good, I'll come back with more clones next time lol. Moral of the story is, if you're mad you R9 a brand new thing and can't win....then just stop. Or, be thankful you have a head start on the next raid team. Peace out b!tches 🖖
Tier 3 "difficulty" is 7* Gear TWELVE. Not R3, R5, R9, etc. Gear level 12. An R9 character shouldn't be getting one shot in an event meant for gear 12. That's just dumb and lazy programming, as CG often does.
Anyone with R5, R7 characters going into an event meant for gear TWELVE should be able to auto it and complete it first try. That's the issue. If you don't understand that, you're the target of CG's marketing and programming priorities. You probably are also fine with all the bugs that impact players negatively.
Lol think you're skipping the part about ALL 4 are recommended. If you expect to go in with just ONE and think it'll be a cake walk, then you fall into the category of my previous post. Settle down, it's a game. Yes, it's a buggy game, but still a game. If you don't like it, I'm sure CG will continue to count their millions without you. Why fix anything if they wake up to millions in sales every morning lol. Bugs might negatively impact us, but we're still here, spending away.
