Strange Daka moment or normal?

Just fought a Gw battle with Daka , lumi, fotp, dooku, Sid.

I took out Daka first then fotp, moved on to lumi and destroyed her in two hits.

I then moved on to Sid, hit him one time and all of a sudden lumi and fotp pop up with 100% turn meter, lumi heals everyone and then they all just flat wreck my world.

Is this normal behavior? I know Daka has serve again but can it work randomly after three toons are down and then provide full meter?

There's another Daka thread where she seems to be reviving well past the time she's downed. Shouldn't be doing that, so I'd post this in the bug section for the Devs to look into.
