stunned should mean stunned, as in, nothing should proc when stunned

@pac0naut, well what i'm proposed wouldn't affect Old Ben. his unique triggers upon his death. I mean, whether he's stunned or not when he gets dealt the killing blow shouldn't matter. he'd still be dead, and therefore his unique's advantages should still trigger

@Ing256, agreed. the fact they can't fix Teebo's bug for so long is evidence any systematic changes would be a pandora's box. I'm just venting 'cause I was honestly surprised they fixed dodge while stunned. so at least it gave me a tiny bit of hope
