[SUGGESTION] "Reassign gear/ability mats" option

This suggested feature has no downsides really. People who don't care about rerolling this much wouldn't even be bothered, others would be happy. This will also make good money to CG. Here are my poin...

I really want something like this. Just last night I came up with an idea for a team that I think would be very good, maybe good enough to beat reven. Problem is, I have one of the necessary characters geared a little too high. So if this team does end up being good or even decent, it sucks that I simply can't use it since there's no way to degear a unit.
