IMO 45% Tenacity is not enough.
Oppnent Potency
Old Ben base Potency 23% +15% = 38% potency
STH Base Potency 15% +15% = 30% potency
Your Tencity, not sure who all you have +45% on but I am gonna assume QGJ, Rey, STH, or Lumi to prevent old ben ability block.
Out of those 4 Rey has the highest base tenacity of 26% + 45% = Tenacity of 71%

vs old ben 71%-38% = 33% chance to resist
vs STH 71%-30% = 41% chance to resist
Those odds are not in your favor, even knowing the AI doesn't get a RNG bonus.
