Not understanding your problem...
You can't beat teams with better setups then you (both mods and toons) and since you are saying mods are too hard to fix they should fix the AI so you can win??
Maybe you should tell your toons to do things differently instead of saying the AI should be made more beatable....the AI sucks and anyone can beat them. Are you sure your attacking teams you can beat?
Actually, no I am not attacking teams my teams can't beat. Guess what, nobody else is on my shard either. Go make a video of your team beating a Wedge/Poe/STH/Lando/Anakin team where STH and Poe have crazy 210+ speed and show me how it's done please.
I run droids. JE 220 plus his bonus. That's how it's done. No team is unbeatable. Even mine.

Please explain how your 220 speed je competes with a 342 speed poe and 298 speed palpatine with a 250 avg rest of squad. Sounds like a newer shard
342 speed Poe and 298 speed Palpatine? You realize these are impossible numbers yes?
Oops yeah i added the mod bonus and now realize its just part of the greater number. Still with the speed mods its impossible to go first unless you have han. I suppose this is the only chance to beat it.
