Support Help request.

I’m having some issues with my account where I seem to have lost about 600 or so crystals this morning. Ally code 676-215-468

I’d been saving up for a few weeks to finally get 1K and now I’m down to the mid 400s and am not sure what happened. Any help would be appreciated to see if there is something I did wrong. Just confused what happened.

I’d just like some help for the principle of it to figure out what happened. I can buy crystals obviously but the ones I earned from climbing fleet were important. Any help appreciated. I tried the help bot in app and it did not help at all.

  • You probably purchased something for crystals when you thought you were spending credits.

    EA Help is the only place this can be rectified, the forums will not help. But I would get used to the idea that the crystals are gone.
  • Darjelo is correct. It’s easy to accidentally double tap the purchase/confirmation pop up, I’ve done it before. The in game help is the only place you can turn to. They might give you a one time consideration of some resources if you explain the situation but you won’t get your full crystals back.
  • Thank you both for the answers. Now I’m super curious what I bought. I am wondering if I can at least figure out where it went or if it is truly down the drain on a refresh button. Yikes.

    Check "Featured Shipments", it's usually the source of the problem.


    Yeah if that was the case then it had cycled since I noticed so I just totally missed it if that happened. :(
