Supreme Leader Kylo Ren visual glitch?

Whenever I load up the game, and go into characters or journey guide, and click on SLKR I see that his head doesn’t have that blue static-y haze.

It’s not a serious glitch, but just wanted to see if anybody else has this glitch.
