Cheaters simply use a plausible team, turn up their offense by 10% or so, defense up by 25% or so, and these swgoh.gg "battle logs" still don't show if any toons hit harder than their mods would allow or took less damage than their mods would allow.
Do basically CG still has no automated cheat detection system and is relying on players to detect and report, which they can't with these battle logs unless it's something super blatant and obvious.
They would easily be able to detect cheaters through different coding mechanisms or even something as simple as examining thresholds (wouldn't catch it all but would be a simple start). There are limits to how hard or squishy any individual character can be.
