TB - Droid didnt spawn, bug?

So I just started doing my TB duties and went in the middle mission for DS characters. Setup was Vader Lead, EP, Thrawn, Dooku and Wampa. I tried to spawn the B2 droid and nothing happened. Am I overseeing something or is this just a bug?

    Sux quite a lot since it not only removes a potent damage sponge but also takes away a ton of bonus moves on zDooku

    Same problem with Brute on wat mission. Gladly i made video and have recorded i tried to summon it 4 times and couldn't do it
