- Our two platoons today needed a dozen Bodhi Rooks.
Constructive feedback: Maybe insert a cap on the number of time a specific character can come up ;) If there *is* a cap and it's a dozen, then lower it :P "NicWester;c-1251040" wrote:

Agreed. 5-6 is more than enough.
Edit:
4 per platoon is reasonable I think. Thats ~4.5% of the platoon and keeps the maximum needed to 8.- unimatr1x8 years agoNew VanguardWell.. P3 TB for our guild has reaper and millennium falcon as a requirement for platoon 5 and 6 respectively in phase 3.
P3 Meaning 4 star required.
With no farmable location except fleet packs.
Oh well.. - It would be nice if we could have a toggle-flag to prevent assigning a key toon to a platoon accidentally. Not dissimilar to the lock function on mods.
Seen a few guildies just assign away to platoons then realize they screwed up and dont have a good enough team for missions.
Yes, its a fairly easy to avoid mistake.. but still, the option would be nice. - Platoon strategy - draft.
Check platoon benefits - see which open platoons apply to current territories. (If open platoons apply to current, consider delay combat until at least some of the platoons filled. )
Check platoons for difficult characters in ALL available platoons. (Difficult characters can be hard to get ones , or easy to get but useless ones that few people have , or ones with high combat value which people might prefer to use in missions .) Don't bother to fill platoons requiring characters nobody has. Favor filling platoons which do not require difficult characters (but only if there is prospect for filling a pair). For platoons that require difficult characters, coordinate which platoons to try.
(A guild census showing who has what characters at what star level and gear level might be helpful. Eventually somebody will probably come up with a tool to do this. This should have been built in to the game .) "JohnTS676;c-1253856" wrote:

Chromium Units such as Logray Wicked and Paploo (Discard Ashoka Fulcrum she's now farmable) shouldn't be a part of those platoon. It's acceptable at early phases since we had free 3* version but there's no way to get them higher.
Also too many "good" rebels required at platoons.
Please devs don't ask for 8 wedge (best rebel leader) on one platoon oh and take lando (best rebel char) also on 9 slots.
I understand later phases but seriously? Phase 1 2 and 3 should be weak guild accesible to 1* but they aré too hard.
Your understanding of best rebel leader/character is a little outdated I'm afraid by about almost a year lol, both are still GOOD but by no means are they the best anymore
But he's the best most have...

1) is that WAI?
2) Is their GP deployed in both the dump and the platoon in this instance?
Deployment can be simply thought of assigning a character to a zone. Once assigned they can be used for either combat missions, special missions, or platoons. Once used for one of the three they are locked.
If you use a character directly on platoons or combat/special the game deploys them to the zone then immediately assigns them to whatever you are using them for- Needing like 10 7* lobot is fun.....

Other than the Hoth characters that are required for special missions during a certain phase are there any other characters that won't show up during platoon missions.
For example my guild had to deploy a 3* Logray and Paploo today. It was fine because 50 of us have them at 3* but if they asked for a 6* or 7* Logray/Paploo we wouldn't be able to fill that platoon. And it's quite unfair considering that they are not farmable.
This TB isn't meant to be a temporary thing. I think once the bugs and kinks are worked out, the exact setup would be use in 3 years. I'd think many of us would have Ewoks, Lobot, Ugnaught, CUP, etc at 7* by then, either on purpose or fluke.
I didn't farm Snowtrooper at all, but somehow due to random Bronziums, he's now 5*.
Everything in this game is a goal. Now mastering TB with your Guild is the latest one. - Wanted to share a guide for platoon assignments.
The link below is a spreadsheet we created for members to quickly reference what characters at which star level each guild member has. This should solve the confusion of where to place characters in each phase. The bottom column offers a roll up of each toon for expectation management per phase. Comment below on any questions or suggestions for improvement. Thanks hope this helps. Note there are two tabs one for toons and one for ships. This is strictly for Territory Battles, light side toons and ships only. It's very basic so it's easy for all guild members to understand.
Update: There seems to be some confusion, this is just a format if you want it to be applicable to your guild you will have to fill out all of the toons/ships yourself
